From the moment we answer the telephone or an applicant walks in the door, we are listening for clues to the situation and trying to determine ways in which we can help. Many times that assistance may come from another agency or other source. Referrals may be given at any point in our conversations with applicants/clients.

A big part of our services is to research what services are available and get that information to clients who may need and qualify for them. We have limited resources and our clients are better served if we can lead them to a better or longer term solution.
